SAK has conducted a number of transformationals leadership training programs for top executives of different Government organizations, universities and colleges. The organizations which are participated in the top executives’ transformational leadership program include: leaders of TVET Agency and deans of TVET colleges in Addis Ababa, Deans of health Science colleges in Ethiopia, Health Bureau top leaders and CEO of Government hospitals in of Amhara, Tigray and Afar regions. The organizations that have organized the training programs are I-TECH, Jhpigo and Italian Development Cooperation. The training program focused on inward looking and attitudinal change towards self, work and organization. The training as witnessed from participants helped them to see things differently and inspired them to lead their organizations successfully.
