Forum for Ethiopian Leaders (FEEL) is a platform to bring executive leaders together for collective learning and sharing of expereiences. FEEL aims at organizing a conducive environment where leaders interact and network with fellow members with the aim of learning from one another and gaining usefiul insight from an expert in the field. When leaders invest their time on networking, they can build social capital overtime which will in turn be an important asset for their personal, professional and organizational growth. As the saying goes, “What you know matters, but who you know matters more”. Networking is the practice of building up a network of contacts which can later be leveraged.
